Introduction:
Combines (wing-rod dynamic separation) centrifugal technology with high-efficiency electrostatic glow ionization. Grease particles in the cooking fumes are intercepted and collected at an efficiency of over 90%, achieving virtually complete separation of grease and smoke. The fumes then pass through electrostatic plasma ionization, which adsorbs fine smoke particles onto the dust collection plate, leaving the plate free of grease build-up.

With no grease accumulating in the ion box collection area, cleaning and maintenance are straightforward, and under normal operating conditions the maintenance interval can be extended to six months. The centrifugal purification unit is driven by a 24V brushless DC motor for higher performance and lower energy consumption.
